2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be requested through the booking form on our Site or by phone.
• A booking is confirmed once we accept it. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking.
• Please provide accurate vehicle, contact, and service address information so we can arrive prepared.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

3. Services & Pricing

• Service descriptions and prices shown on the Site are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and location.
• Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, biohazards, or excess debris may require additional charges, which we will communicate before starting work.
• We may need access to water or power at the service location for certain services; we will let you know in advance if so.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
• We exercise professional care when servicing your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including worn or fragile trim, aged paint, prior bodywork, loose parts, or aftermarket accessories.
• If you believe our work caused damage, contact us within 48 hours of service so we can review it.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We will confirm accepted payment methods when your booking is confirmed.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from 1Up Details (for example, by checking the consent box on our booking form), you agree to the following:

• You will receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional offers from 1Up Details at the phone number you provided.
• Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
